Thank you for posting in the Spotify Community, and Welcome!

According to the Terms and Conditions for Spotify Codes (found at the bottom of the Spotify Code page), you would not be able to sell goods that drive to artist content without permissions from rights holders (artists and labels). That also applies to any images and photos you may want to display together with the codes.
