My Question or Issue
So I am developing a way to add spotify to my AI bot, however when I am trying to setup a function to start playing my spotify, I get 403 no matter what with my access token. I think it is because of my scopes, but I see no documentation on scopes with access tokens, and as seen in the image below, the pause/play endpoint supports token API

Any idea why this isn't working is much appreciated, because i'm starting to get to the stage of banging my head against my desk.
