0.99 CAD for three months

I saw the deal for three months of Spotify premium for a dollar and for some reason it doesn't allow me to chose this option in my account. What to do? This is in addition to Spotify not recognizing my University as a University so I'm waiting for that to process yet I upgraded and still got charged 10 bucks. WT& SPOTIFY!

Same happened to me. $0.99 for 3 month deal popped up. I clicked it and my app stopped working so I restarted it, and the same ad popped up, but I was charged $9.99. Best part, my account still says free and has ads.

Just to be sure, have either of you had Premium in the past? If so, this will make you ineligible for the offer.

About the charges that were made on both of your accounts, are you able to see the status of the charges from your bank statements? If they show as pending, it means no money has gone through.

If they're not pending, double-check that your account is Premium by logging in here.

I've never had premium in the past. I saw the deal tried to snag it but instead got charged 10 bucks on my bank statement. Now spotify wont even let me have a student account because they dont recognize Concordia University in Montreal QC as an institution. Soooooooooooooooooooo, i want to cancel the service and get refunded @SergioDavid. I dont even really listen to music anyways.
