My Question or Issue

I asked if, using 3 different gift cards (60, 30 and 10 euros, for a total of 100 euros), I could redeem the Induviual Plan 12 months/99 euros and I was told yes, I could do that (Georgi B was the operator, attached)

I redeemed the three cards but all I was allowed to have was 10 months (like I was paying the full price for 10 individual monthly subscriptions and NOT the 12 months offer), so I basically lost 2 months.

It's not possible to redeem any promotional offer for Spotify Premium using gift cards or other pre-pad payment methods. Basically a 10 EUR gift card grants you 1 month of Spotify Premium (10 month total for 100 EUR worth of gift cards). Unfortunately you can only redeem the offer of of 12 month/ 99 EUR by paying the whole sum as a one off payment using a credit/ debit card/ PayPal or by buying the "Annual gift card" for 99 EUR from a licensed retailer. This is a special gift card for 99 EUR which grants you 12 month of Premium time, and it's different than the regular 1,3 and 6 months Premium gift cards. Currently this card can be bought from Amazon.it, Amilon Consolidated IT and Euronics Italy. It's not possible to redeem this offer by activating three separate gift cards. 

Most likely this is what caused the confusion and that is why the chat agent has given you this incorrect information. Unfortunately we can't reimburse you for the gift cards you've already activate on your account, as we can't refund gift cards.
