Spotify Premium Subscriptions Different on Phone / Laptop

My phone says that I have a premium individual subscription but when I login on my laptop it says that I have a premium + hulu subscription. I am using the same exact login information so I am not sure why it says a different plan on different devices.

Could you please let us know if you were subscribed for Student Premium in the past? If that's the case, it's possible that you've activated Hulu services along with your Student subscription and that might be the reason why you see that when logged into your laptop.
