3 Month Plan only payable by Paysafecard?

I wanted to purchase a three month plan rather than a recurring one, but I can't seem to see a way to purchase with any other payment method than paysafecard?

1. What the heck is that and who even uses it?

2. Why can't I just use my credit card or paypal like with a month to month subscription?

If this is Spotify's way of saying they don't want to encourage people to buy one-time payment plans and will only make it convenient for the automatic recurring subscriptions, they just won't get my money at all, period.

Can you please try and do the process using an incognito webpage or a different browser ?
