Reset Previous Test Phase

Hi everyone,

 

about two years ago I already started a test peroid (PayPal as payment method).

Now, I am looking forward to switch over to Spotify with my entire family.

 

I tried to re-activate a test period connected to my PayPal account but I'll get an error saying, I already had a test period.

 

Is the any way by the support to reset the previous test period so that I can test Spotify again for 30 days?

I'm sure a lot of things have changed in the past two years.

 

I am really serious on switching over to Spotify, but if there is any way, please let me test it again.

Hope you're doing great! 

 

I really understand your concern. 

Unfortunately, if you've already tried Premium, you won't be able to use another one, unless otherwise stated in the offer. I'd recommend checking out this page for more info on this.
