My Question or Issue

 

Im trying to sign my mom up for the 3 free month trial by signing up with PayPal- it says she's not eligible but she's never had a Spotify account.

Hey @Ksouz, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

 

The payment method you're using with PayPal, has it been used to pay for Spotify Premium in the past, even for a different account? 


Also, could you try getting started with Premium using a different browser or private window?

I'm a new user and subsribed to Individual Plan to get 3 months free trial usisng PayPal. But only got 1 month. I have never paid with paypal before

Thanks for reaching out about this in the Community!

 

You'd need to make sure that the 3-moths trial offer has not expired in your country. 

 

Also, you might want to check if another family member has used your PayPal details to pay for their account in the past.

I live in US and the email that I got from PayPal says Offer Ends 7/15/21

I recently created my PayPal account and I am the only one who uses it.
