3 month for $.99 doesn't work

I went to purchase the 99 cent 3 month trial of spotify premium only to get the error message that I had already used a trial. So, I further investigated to see when I used this and found that if I went to my receipt page, I could find when I purchased this. The reeipt page is blank. I'm not sure what I did wrong.

That offer was available to users that have never had Premium on their account before (via a subscription or a trial).

Also, It's not possible to get one of the offers with a payment method that's already been used to purchase a subscription or another offer before.
