3 months Spotify trial No Code Sent

Hi

I just tried to sign up directly with Spotify for a 3 month trial and its asking to enter a code to validate the offer, however no code is being sent to my emails address. Now if I try and juts Log On to Spotify I juts land on the Validate Code page. any advise please
