Hi,

I got an email offering 3 months free, but it says I have already had a free trial. I don't think I have had any free trial. How do I check if I have already had the free trial?

Sorry to see this has happened to you!
You wouldn't be eligible for a trial in case your account has already had Premium or your payment details have previously been used for a trial or a Premium subscription.
There's no direct method to verify if you're eligible (or at least not one that has been brought to my attention) but you can always bring up the matter to our support folks in case you believe there's a mistake on our end 🙂
