30 day trial not working

I just signed up to Spotify and haven't used any premium trials yet. My friend showed me I can get a free 30 day premium trial and I tried to do it but right after I put in my credit card information, it says I already used a trial which I have not!

You can only use one trial per payment method. Have you had Spotify Premium with this payment method before? Let me know! 🙂

@114768532 I think I may have on a really old account. It's been a while since I used Spotify so I didn't remember username or anything... Is there anything I can do besides changing my payment method?
