4th time Spotify messed up

4th time Spotify messed up

I got Spotify premium back in April and wanted the student discount. I put in my name and it told me I didn't go to school there even though I did. I paid the 10$ because it wouldn't fix and I contacted Spotify which a real person emailed me back and (supposedly) fixed it. I have been paying for premium since and just now my account switched back to free, even though they have my card information. I have tried having someone email me back but they keep sending me to the same stupid page that doesn't help.

If your account is still showing as free then this would be because the payment failed.

You could also try to verify manually. This can be done here:

Aother thing you can do is to try to sign up on a differnet browser or internet connection perhaps with an incognito mode.
