My Question or Issue

I have been a Premium member for a couple of years and recently purchased a new phone.  One of the promo's for purchasing the phone was 6 months of free Spotify Premium.  Based on reading some of the posts on this community, it is suggested that you would only be eligible if you have never had Spotify Premium in the past.  That is completely ridiculous.  Where in the fine print did it originally say that when I was purchasing the phone?  It would be nice to be able to save that $60.00 after purchasing an $1100.00 phone and I don't understand how being a current or past Premium member would prohibit someone from benefitting from that promotion.  Maybe losing members make you change your mind.  I have enjoyed Spotify Premium and think it is a great service, but there are other music services out there.  It would be nice for someone from the Spotify staff to respond to this message as I will be looking to price out some other music services.
