My Question or Issue

Downloaded and began 6 month Spotify trial on my Samsung S8+. Phone had to be replaced, but I had a backup made so I restored my settings to a new S10+.  Now Spotify won't allow me to continue my subscription trial period.  

 

And Spotify doesn't have an account troubleshooting department to alleviate this issue.  So does that mean they just renegged on their offer, or can this be fixed?

Hi there, I'm hopefully here to get you back to enjoying music with your premium subscription!

 

It sounds like you might have two separate accounts, one subscribed to premium on the 6-month trial, and one with just a free Spotify account. Could you check out this support guide to checking for multiple accounts?
