60 Day Birthday Free Trial Redirects to 30 Day Free Trial

I recently got an email for a 60 Day Birthday Free Trial. I keep on getting offers on a 30-Day Free Trial, most likely because I opened my account in 2016 and used a free trial then. When I try to activate the 60 Day Free Trial, I enter in my postal code and log into PayPal, but after I Agree & Continue, it redirects me to a 30 Day Trial purchase screen. 

Additionally, I wanted to change my username so I created a new account. Would I receive a 60 Day Free Trial e-mail account on that, so I could use it instead?
