My Question or Issue

 I haven't bought or tried premium before, so I don't know what the issue. It clearly says 60 days premium trial both on mobile and desktop but when I try to do so it says either "ineligible" or "there is something wrong try again" and directs me to the 30 days page instead.

Could you send me a screenshot of the trial offer and the error message being shown? Please hide sensitive info when posting to the community. 

 

Also, do you by chance remember the expiration date for this offer?

it's in turkish, but it briefly says "free for 60 days, offer is available until 16th september", but when i click it, it no longer says 60 anymore, it's 30 now (it was 60 before i got the error and now it just goes to the regular subscription page)

Could you try subscribing using another payment method? If that doesn’t help, then you may just be ineligible if you’ve used your payment method to purchase a premium product.
