Ich habe seit Jahren ein Abo Indem auch meine Familie drin war, auf einmal sind die Mitglieder gelöscht und nur ich habe einen Premium Account. Wurden die Bedingungen einfach geändert?

As a first step, can you please make sure that everyone in the family is logged in the correct account? If yes and they still don't see their Premium features, it's worth checking the email address registered in the Premium Family managers account for any notifications about a failed payment. If yes, then this might be the reason why everyone's accounts have reverted to free.

 

If not, then it's best to reach out to the folks over at Customer Support, as they're the ones who can take a closer look at this and assist you further.
