Access to Hulu not working

Hello!  I have Premium Individual and am grandfathered in to "Access to Hulu."  I cannot access Hulu when trying to login via username and password. 

I've tried logging into Hulu through my Spotify Account > Your Services > hulu Start Watching.  This takes me to a Hulu login.  I click log in and am prompted to do so using a MyDisney account, which I never had, but I still log in using my Spotify linked email and password. But then I'm taken to a hulu Welcome page where I have to sign up for a plan to watch anything.

hey there, I’m also having an issue with this but when I click through the page to activate Hulu I get to the permission sharing from Spotify to Hulu after pressing I don’t have an account and it just gives me an error. Restarting the webpage or accessing it in a different tab doesn’t work.

I contacted Hulu support and they couldn’t help, they told to contact again spotify support. It seems a lot of people with this problem and none of the two support teams are able to help.

What's funny is that Hulu support link just redirects you to the login page..... the one we can't get past in the first place.

I am so frustrated with this issue!!! If we pay for a service we deserve to have access to it. And you know disney is behind all of these webpage redirects that send you back to the Hulu/disney+ login. All of the old forums with the working spotify-to-hulu links are gone as well. Spotify - do something!! 😠  Even if there IS some convoluted way to login to Hulu via your Spotify account it should NOT be this difficult.

Hi there! I'm having the same issue, and I've contacted Spotify and Hulu. Hulu's call center (a helpful feature) sees my account- but no active subscription. Since Spotify is their 3rd party user, they say it is on your end.

I am running into the same issue. I contacted Hulu and they said to talk to Spotify. After talking to the chat for spotify, they changed my email and I logged in to spotify and hulu using the new password and email. The hulu account still showed no subscription.
