My Question or Issue

 So today I was just a hair shy of my student subscription cost in my bank account which i quickly remedied. However, when I went to reapply my payment information it billed me for a standard premium membership ($9.99) instead of my discounted Student Rate (I had just re-verified my school enrollment staus a few months ago). I then had to go re-verify and set up my student rate, but this doesn't change the fact that I was already billed higher than I should have been.

You have to re-apply for the Student Discount every 12 months. You'll get a notification per email informing you that the discount is about to expire. If you don't reapply on time, you'll be charged the regular price of 9.99. Since you mention that you have re-applied, this means that the next month you'll be charged only half the price again 🙂
