Sorry to hear you haven't had the best of experiences.
First off, as it was a trial you shouldn't have been charged yet, you will of only entered your details so that your subscription will continue when your trial ends.
But it's probably best you check your bank account / PayPal to see if there is a charge there. If there's a small authorization charge, that's fine as that will automatically be refunded in a couple of days.
If there is a charge for £10/£9.99 there, it's probably best you reach out to Spotify Support regarding a refund, they'll be able to help if you can get a refund or not.
