I was paying for the student account 4.99 a month and then it randomly switched to the regular 9.99$ a month. I cancelled the subscription and want a refund on the 9.99. How do I go about that ?

How long have you activated the Student offer? After 12 months, if you don't re-verify as a student, you will return to the Premium subscription with no discounts.

By verifying again, starting from the following month you can take advantage of the discount.
