Account issues

My account is back to free but it was premium, as well premium for family but that is also deleted. It seems I have to start everything again, but what happened? I hope to get an answer via this forum, I still find it strange I can not call a helpdesk.

Right now, we don't offer telephone support, but we'll gladly help you out.

 

Let's make sure you don't have multiple Spotify accounts following these steps. You might be logging into a Free account, instead of the one linked to the Family plan.

 

In case you only have one account, try reinstalling the app on your device to see if it helps.

Hi how are you? My brother connected his facebook to the account and now the account shows his name i wanted to change that but i don't know how. i want the account name to be my name.

Welcome to the community.

 

If your brother's Facebook profile is linked to your Spotify account, you just need to follow the steps to disconnect it from Facebook.

 

In case the account is still linked, try following the "Didn't work?" section of the FAQ linked above.
