After logout from sportify, I cannot login anymore. need help for the account and password again.
Payment deduction from maybank credit card malaysia monthly,  Card number: <removed sensitive info>
Sportify <removed sensitive info> Stockholm SE    Payment RM14.90 monthly

Prefer new login: <removed sensitive info>
Password: <removed sensitive info>

Please note I have another account  thru maxis mobile <removed sensitive info>

Username <removed sensitive info>

Do you get email receipts for your subscription purchases? Search for one of them in your email account. In it, the Spotify username you're paying for is shown:

 

Username/ID:        xxxxxxx

 

With that email address, you should ask for a password reset. That should give you access to your account again.

 

After that, be sure to use that username to login to your account. It's the one with the Premium features.

 

You can login to the website with that username to check the status of your subscription, and your receipts.
