Add support for Google ChromeCast

I just signed up for Premium and would like to download songs to hear while offline. I see the instructions that I should go to library, press settings, and then tap download using cellular. But I don't see "download using cellular" anywhere.

Hey @esilver637! Welcome to the community!

That setting should be in: 'Library > Settings (top-right) > Streaming Quality'. If you still don't see it could you send over a screenshot of what you're seeing?
