Adding family member but not getting the screens

I go to accounts and it only shows username and subscription. It doesn’t offer anything else. When I switched to premium it allowed me to send invites to my family but now it doesn’t show and my family didn’t respond in a timely manner.

Are you paying for "spotify family" or for just the regular "spotify premium". If you are paying for the regular spotify premium then there obviously will not be a possibility to invite family members
