Subscribtion Renewed?

Hello

I subscribed in Spotify Premium last year or so. Today I've realised that I cannot get accessed to my playlist. I had to log in, change my password. And an ad from Spotify asks me if I wanted to subscribe in Spotify Premium. I don't get it. Is the subscription has to be renewed each year?

Hey @luvmusic85 Welcome to the Spotify Community!

To renew your Spotify subscription you have to pay monthly for it. Unless you used a gift card then that means that the amount on your gift card has been used up.
