Address not recognised to be able to share Duo subscription with my husband

Address not recognised to be able to share Duo subscription with my husband

I have just upgraded my subscription from Premium to Duo, to allow my husband to access it separately. However, I am unable to send him an invite because my address is not recognised.

My account settings show my country as United Kingdom and my address is in North Wales, so should be searchable.

I have tried this via the web on my laptop (Windows 10) and my phone (Samsung S25) but no luck.

Any advice how I can activate this would be very much appreciated.

Hey @bevcork, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

You’re able to verify your address following these steps. If you’re unable to, can you try following the same steps using a different browser or private window? It’s also worth trying a different network connection.

If you’re still having trouble, can you send me a screenshot of what you’re seeing? Make sure to hide sensitive info when posting to the Community.

Keep me posted.

Thanks for getting back to me. "These steps" didn't work because it just doesn't recognise my address. I've attached a screen shot (with some of the address details blacked out). Address is 100% correct. No way to move forward.

Don't worry about it, I'll go back to Premium Individual for now, but appreciate you trying to help!

Hey @bevcork,

Thanks for the screenshot and sorry about your frustration with moving forward with the address verification process. For this particular case, I'd recommend getting in touch with Customer Support. They'll take a look and do their best to help.

Have a nice day!
