My Question or Issue

I recently added audiobooks+ and audiobooks+ for plan members for 11.99 each to my family plan subscription. Both add-ons claim you can cancel anytime. I can not cancel audiobooks+. I've read all the help articles and followed the instructions. When I finally get to "manage add-on" I am unable to click anything except "manage listening hours" which does nothing. I've tried managing through the app, through Spotify.com, and through Google play. I just want to keep my premium family plan, my audiobooks+ for plan members add-on, and cancel audiobooks+ for myself, the plan manager. I really think there is some kind of glitch preventing me from canceling, as I have followed all instructions. Any help would be appreciated!

For this particular case, I'd recommend getting in touch with Customer Support. They'll take a look and do their best to help.

Exactly the same here. One says manage online the other days in the app but not in Google play.

I had the same problem and contacted customer services. They sorted it for me in a few minutes. 🙂

 

This!! I had to cancel Spotify altogether after 3 chats with Spotify customer service where they said they fixed it--and never did. I wonder if it was because I was paying through Google subscriptions, but I could either cancel my entire subscription--or just. keep. getting. audiobooks+. The last customer service person said I had resubscribed and that's why I was charged again. NOPE! So frustrating.

Can anyone tell me how to cancel the audiology add on subscription? It says " cancel anytime " but I am being sent around in circles. I am still on the free trial but do not want to continue.

is super frustrating, im having the same issue, have tried to cancel through the app on my phone, the app via my laptop and through the web browser and its given me the run around. contacted customer support and the first person dropped out of the conversation, the second person successfully cancelled but it did take nearly an hour of messaging to sort out
