Already charged but my premium still gone?

i already paid for the premium on my phone service provider (Indosat - Indonesia) it already take my money but still the spotify didnt registered up the payment / even email me that my premium is renewed? please help to fix it asap

Hey @WeiQiang,


you should look on the receipt you got sent to your email address. This should say the username with that you subscribed to Spotify premium!
Try to log in with that account.
When you see a 10 digit number log in with Facebook!

no i didnt get any receipt send to my email but my service provider already take the money from my phone number already

and i have been premium user for a few half year
