cant proceed to premium

cant proceed to premium

I cant proceed to premium using my mobile network provider like Smart Communication as my biller. An error like "oops something went wrong" all prompt up. I want to have my premium subsceiption back already.

Hi @jric08,

 

What do you mean by "I can't proceed to premium"? If you wish to purchase a spotify premium subscription, you need an active credit card from the country you're registered to.
