Always get oops something went wrong message when trying to enter card #

Hi, i am trying to renew my subscription (ends today) and i keep getting the "oops, something went wrong message". I tried different browser, tried clearing cache and still this is always happening. I checked my card and no acccount verification or 1€ debit was made so no authorization was made to my card. What is the problem here? I want to continue my subscription!

I have the same problem. I try with different card and i have the same answer "Ups, parece que tu tarjeta o proveedor de pago están teniendo un mal día. No te preocupes, no se ha cargado ningún pago. Inténtalo de nuevo o usa otro método de pago."
