App showing free subscription

App showing free subscription

I have just changed my iPhone6 to a iPhone7+. Everything has changed over just fine except my Spotify, It says on the app that I'm a free subscription but online I am a premium subscriber (as I should be) I've logged out and back in, I've deleted the app and reloaded it on the phone, I've cancelled my subscription and re-subscribed. Nothing works it still says it's free on the app and premium online. I pay for my subscription through my phone bill and want to keep it this way, any ideas?

It sounds like you might have two accounts. One Premium and the other Free. In this case, we recommend that you contact us via email here or through our official social media channels in Facebook or Twitter. This way, we'll be able to take a closer look.
