Why can't I get the 0,99e offer to work?

I have been trying to purchase 0.99e / three months -offer from Spotify now for two weeks, but each time I place my credit card number to the order and try to do the purchace, it fails. I've tried this several (+10) times now on several different days and my card is okay. I have no idea anymore what could be the problem. I haven't used (as far as I know) any trial periods of 30 days either. What is the matter with this? I just want to be able to enjoy my musics...

Just to be sure, does your payment card meet these requirements? If they do, try signing up using an incognito window to see if it makes a different.

If that doesn't help, try signing up with a different payment method to see if it helps.
