My Question or Issue

I have recently continued my subscription for Spotify Premium thru my Apple ID, but it still says I’m on SpotifyFree. I already tried signing-in and out many times, and I’ve also deleted and downloaded the app again. But, it still doesn’t work.

thanks for posting in the community !

 

In most cases, being charged wrongfuly or not being charged at all (presenting a free account when it should present Premium) reagrds a user who has more than one account.

 

Please use this help guide for locating all accounts listed with your details.

On top of that, it's always useful to read the "Why have i been charged?" help article to have better understanding of such issues.

Hi. Thank you for the help guide, but I already tried that one. I have only one account and whenever I do that (check for other accounts) it just brings me to this account. I still doesn’t work. Is there anything else you know that I can do? Thank you!
