Hey I am trying to upgrade my audiobook time on my premium account. Why is it just navigating me back to the Home Screen on the website? I have money on my card linked to the account, and the “top off” feature is working. So why not the add on for 15 more hours?

Since the website keeps sending you back to the Home screen when you try to upgrade your audiobook listening time even if the “top up” option is working fine, here are a few things you can try:

  1. Log out of Spotify on your browser.
  2. Clear your browser’s cache and cookies.
  3. Log back in and try upgrading again.

If it still doesn't work, this may be an account-specific issue on Spotify’s end. In that case, it’s best to contact Customer Support so they can check your subscription details and assist with upgrading to Audiobooks+..
