Automatic renewal

Hi, 

I had a 3 months promo with spotify, but I'm not actually using it so much, however i forgot to cancel the automatic renewal fot the account and only today I realised that the premium account is still active, because of automatic renewal. 

I've actually managed to cancel the subscription, but I would like to know if it's possible to block it even for this month and to have money back.

I would just try to contact support to try to refund it (also mentioned in the article)
