My Question or Issue

I canceled my subscription on the website but my payment app [Samsung Wallet] still shows its active. I can pause it but can't cancel since its asking for payment...

Hey @Shadow123567, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

 

It’s best to cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the next billing date as Spotify may have already begun processing payment.  You can cancel your subscription following these steps.

 

If you’re unable to, please try the same steps using a different browser or private window. If you’re still having trouble, send me a screenshot of what you’re seeing and I will see what to suggest. Make sure to hide sensitive info when posting to the Community.
