Estoy pagando una cuenta premiun y cuando entro a mi perfil desde navegador aparece que si estoy pagando pero al momento de querer escuchar una cancion o descargarla en la app de android me aparece que estoy usando el modo gratis

Como puedo arreglarlo?

If you can't see your Premium features, check the following:

• Log out and back into your account
• Check the status of your subscription
• Check the status of your payment
• Check that your Premium subscription isn’t on another account
