Billing problem, i need help

I have my debit card in one family account. I need to remove it from it , but i am not the one who owns the account

Hey Gaura,

We will need you to ask the account holder to do this for you or ask their permission to let you access the account so you can remove the card yourself, other than this there isn't much we can do I'm afraid.
