Birthday gift 2 mo premium - not eligibile

Hey,

Yesterday was my b-day and I received an email from Spotify saying I was given a gift of 2 months premium. However, when I click the link to "Get your gift", I'm redirected on the Spotify home page with an error message saying "It appears that you're not eligible for this offer. You can still enjoy Premium for the great price below."

How can I redeem my gift?
