Hey @XaviSenpai!

 

I can imagine how frustrating it is getting charged and not finding your account.

 

Could you think of any other email addresses or log in methods you could've used to create an account (e.g. Facebook, Apple, phone number)?

 

You can try logging in with those alternative details and check your plan profile to confirm the subscription. If you're able to find an account subscribed to Premium, here are the steps to cancel Premium plans.

 

If you still can't find the account on your own, you can reach out to Customer Support here.
