My Question or Issue

I bought a Premium Individual subscription and cancelled it immediately because I realised it was linked to my email address, and not the username of my Spotify account. I'm not sure how this happened, but I would like to either get a transfer of the subscription to my acutal account or a refund. There seems to be no working customer chat function, and the direct contact option seems to not be working. Help!
