My Question or Issue

Hi,

some weeks ago I bought a premium family subscription for one year on the spotify page. The page showed the premium family subscription for the price of an annual premium subscription.

Some weeks later I wanted to add my girlfriend to that family account but I noticed that there is no button 'family' in the accounts page. Has there been a problem with the order? Of course I have no screenshot of the page or something to show but a colleague of mine saw the page of the pricing, too. Can you help me?

Hi @htries, welcome to the Community!

 

When we subscribe to Premium, Spotify sends us an e-mail with the purchase receipt. It contains the information about it, including the plan name (Student, Family). Did you get one?

 

If so, please double check if it says Family in it.

Yipp, I got that confirmation mail and it said "spotify premium" I didn't mind there is a difference in the confirmation mail.

So you've really purchased the regular Premium plan, and not the Family one.

 

If you can manage to find the promo you mentioned on your first post, you can upgrade from your current plan.
