Hi

I bought a 12 months of spotify premium account by mistake I wanted to Purchase a family subscription . when I click into subscrptions to cancel there is no way to cancel my account so I can change it to a family account.

Yes I accidentally purchased a personal year subscription instead of a Family Premium Subscription.  

There is no option to cancel the subscription appearing on my account. Is there any way to cancel the subscription and resubscribe to a family account.

That makes more sense now.

 

Since you already purchased the regular Premium instead of the Premium for Family subscription, you'll have to use the Premium until it runs out (In your case, for the year), but if you request to upgrade to the Premium for Family plan, the due date will be brough forward due to the price changes.
