My Question or Issue

I want to subscribe premium with the offer of 3 months for R$ 1,99, but my payment is always rejected. I have tried several times with different credit and debit cards, none of them was accepted. All cards are active, valid & working fine.
Have tried in different days, both on mobile and on my desktop.

I'm sorry about that. Could you please try again, this time using different browsers in your computer? Don't forget to clear cache/cookies before.

Infelizmente não consegui, mesmo mudando de browser. Firefox, Chrome, IE,
nenhum funcionou.
Sempre aparece a mensagem Falha no Pagamento.

Não existe outro meio de pagar? Paypal?

As opções de pagamento são as que aparecem pra você. Atualmente no Brasil o Paypal não está disponível.

 

Nesse caso creio que a forma mais rápida de resolver isso é entrando em contato com a equipe do SpotifyAjuda diretamente pelo Facebook. Manda um inbox pra eles informando seu endereço de e-mail cadastrado na conta, que eles geralmente respondem logo!
