I go to my account - it says ‘subscription’ but I cannot click on it-nothing happens. I need to change the credit card on file. This is ridiculous btw- such a hassle to have to create another account etc etc & go on a community board-this process has taken 25 minutes just to be able to get to the point where I can type my question. There should be a simpler solution for such a big company.

Could you try these steps: 

  • Try another browser
  • If that doesn’t help, use a different internet connection
  • Restart your device

Can i not do it from the app on my phone?!

Unfortunately, you can only view your account info, and edit settings within a browser.
