My Question or Issue

Hi!

I have a problem with double payment. I had a premium subscription on my account since November 2017 and paid 20zł (PLN) every month. In April 2018 I joined to Family account so I pay wih my family, but this 20zł (PLN) is charging from me every month. So it is like I pay for two Premium subscription (ordinary premium family subscription). In my account site on web I see only Family Subscription, so I can't cancel my first premium subscription. What can I do?
