Can I keep downloaded songs after my premium trial period ends?

After my 30 day Premium trial, will the songs I've downloaded during this time disappear?

I'd like to know this too! We've had a premium family membership for awhile but I want to reduce expenses and wanted to know what will happen to my downloaded songs if I move our account to a student one for only one family member (not me).

After my free trial (about a year ago, so I'm not sure if it has changed), I was unable to play the songs I had downloaded when I was offline. However, I was looking through my storage and saw that Spotify was still taking up a lot of storage. When I deleted it and redownloaded it, it used a lot less storage, so I'm assuming that the songs are still downloaded and using storage, but unable to be played offline until the account is Premium again.
