Can I stream my library to the student dorm radio

Hello! I'm an university student working as part of a student cuncil.

At around Saint Nicolas day, on our dorm's radio system we would like to have music playing relevant to the event where we give out gifts for those, who can not leave for the holiday. Am I allowed to stream holiday music with a student liscense for a couple of hours if our event is non-commercial, private/closed, and non-profit?
