Hello community. I write because I bought the premium family plan but the one that lasts for 1 year.
The thing is that I bought it on Wednesday 6th June (2020), and it is supposed to last until Wedenesday 09th June (2021) approximately;
And I can see this on the spotify page: "Your next bill will be $ 239.00 and it will arrive on 8/2/21."

What does that mean? that I paid for a year and they would be offering me approximately a 6 months service?

Or does that translate to August 2, 2021?

Can you send me a screenshot of your account overview page that includes the next billing date so I can take a look? Also, if you received an email, send me a screenshot of that as well if it includes the next billing date on there. Make sure to hide sensitive information when posting screenshots to the Community.

 

Also let me know what country you're in and I can check what date format your country has.

i know it said 12 months but a dont know why the account overview show me that

or its a date format situation because im from Argentina

I've taken a look, and it looks like the date format in Argentina is Date/Month/Year. In that case, I'm going to take a closer look at this and get back to you as soon as possible.
